Last will and Testament of R.G. HENDERSON dec'd Set up and established Oct. 4th, 1871 W.M. Watkins Clerk By Zach Watkins D. C. I R. G. HENDERSON of the County of Dyer and State of Tennessee make this my last will. I give devise and bequeath my estate and property real and personal as follows; that is to say; I want all my property, both real and personal to go to my wife, during her life time, and then should JANE outlive her, I want her to have Two Hundred Dollars and at the death of my wife, I want the proceeds then to be divided equally between the children. The monies coming from North Carolina, I want as much as Eight Hundred Dollars to go to my last children, and the balance to as she chooses, I would appoint or choose B.H. HARMON of Dyer County, State of Tennessee, as my Executor to execute this my will. I want the sale of my lands to go on as I have contracted and that the Executor to have power as myself if living. I want the sale of all my personal property to take effect as I have commenced it and the proceeds first to go to the discharge of my indebtedness. In witness whereof I have signed and sealed and published and declared this instrument at home near Friendship, Tennessee This Sept. 28th ,1871 R.G. HENDERSON (seal)
