This my last will and Testament made this March the 12 in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Seventy - It is my will and desire that after my debts and funeral expenses are paid that all my effects be converted into money and that equally divided between my four brothers D.J. HART, W.P.HART and M.J. HART [only three named] and my two sisters H.F. PATTERSON & R.T. PARKER. It is my will and wish that each of these Legatees as named above give equally each year an amount sufficient to board our mother with some one of said Legatees and clothe her comfortably during her natural life. It is my will and wish that my executors have power to sell and make deeds to my lands and other real estate, without getting an order from court for said purposes.
