Last Will and Testament of ISAAC A. HARRIS dec'd Probated September 4 - 1882 Recorded September 9th 1882 Z. WATKINS, Clk. I, ISAAC HARRIS of the County of Dyer and State of Tennessee being of sound mind but feeble in health desire this to be my last will and testament. First - After paying all my honest debts I give and bequeath the remainder of my property to my wife and my three living children and I nominate and appoint my father A. G. HARRIS and my father-in-law J. G. TUCKER my executors and clothe them with full power and authority to sell and convey a part of my real estate to wit my tract of land known as the BLAKE place also my Bin property at Newbern and reinvest the proceeds of sale of said property in other real estate or Bonds if they think it best to make sale of said property above mentioned also to sell and dispose of all personal property as they may think best.
