I, ALLEN HARRIS of sound mind do make this my last will and testament to wit;

First; I will that all my just debts be paid -

Second; I do give to my beloved daughter MARY A. WALDRAN a certain portion of my home tract of land, Beginning at the N. W. Corner running East with the north boundary line 248 poles to a stake, the South East corner of the land bought by H. FULLER of WM. H. APPLEWHITE, administrator thence south with BRIGHT HARRIS line to the Center of the rail-road thence with the Rail-road south so many poles as will make 125 acres, thence west to the west boundary line; thence North to the beginning

Third - To my beloved wife I give and bequeath the balance of my home tract lying west of the Rail-road together with my household and kitchen furniture, buggy mare, two mules and wagon, mower, hay rake and all farming implements -

Fourth - I give and bequeath to my son STONEWALL J. HARRIS the remainder of my home farm together with 105 acres, adjoining the home farm on the south, also two choice mules to be selected by himself.

Fifth - I give and bequeath to my beloved wife and S. J. HARRIS, my entire crop twenty five head of stock hogs, three sows and my entire stock of cattle.

Sixth - If any of my children are indebted to me it hereby cancelled.

Eighth - I do hereby appoint as my Executor GUY DOUGLASS and my son J. P. HARRIS.
