Last Will of Testament of
JESSE HALL, dec'd
Set up & established
January Term County Court 1854

I, JESSE HALL do make and publish this as my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time made.

First I direct that my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible, out of any moneys that I may die possession of or may first come into the hands of my executors.

Secondly: I give and bequeath to my son S. S. HALL the tract of land he now lives on, and all the appertences thereunto belonging.

Also to my son C. P. HALL the tract of land he now lives on and all appertenances thereunto belonging.

Also to my son ROBT. A. HALL the tract of land that I. D. LIGHT now lives on, to be in his posession as soon as said LIGHT lease is out - and all the ballance of my land I make and bequeath to my wife ELIZABETH HALL, together with all my property of all description, and all money that may be left in the hands of my executor after paying all my debts, to do as she thinks best with, in deviding with all the balance of my children.

Lastly: I do hereby nominate and appoint C. P. & S. S. HALL my Executors.

In witness whereof I do to this my will set my hand and seal, This December 9th 1853.
