Know all men by these presents, that I ELIZABETH T. HAINBRICK of the county of Dyer and State of Tennessee knowing the uncertainty of life and the certainty of death, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all other wills by me made before -

Item 1st My will is first that my funeral expenses and all just debts owed by me be paid by my executor hereafter named as soon as may Be found practicable after my death out of my personal estate. -

Item 2nd I give and bequeath my land situated in the 6th civil district of Dyer County Tennessee and bounded as follows: Beginning at a stake with sweet gum white oak, hackberry and ash pointers in ASA FOWELKS East boundary line; runs thence east 122 poles to a stake with Poplar, hickory, Red bud, Horsebeaur pointers thence north 140 poles to a stake with two Elm, White Oak, and Hickory pointers - Thence west with the A. D. land 122 poles to a stake and pointers - Thence south 140 poles to the Beginning, containing 106 3/4 acres - to the heirs of FRANCIS M. HAINBRICK and TABITHA HAINBRICK his wife - encumbered, however, with a life estate and said life estate I will to said FRANCIS M. HAINBRICK and TABITHA HAINBRICK during their separate lives - Said life estate to be theirs jointly and to be free from the debts, contracts and liabilities of said FRANCIS M. HAINBRICK forever.

Item 3rd - I give and bequeath all of my personal property of every description to my said son FRANCIS M. HAINBRICK to be used and enjoyed as he may see proper.

Item 4th - I hereby nominate and appoint JOSEPH SMITH Executor of this my last will and testament -
