Will and Testament of SAM'L FUMBANKS
I SAM'L FUMBANKS being in my right mind do hereby give and bequeath to my wife JUDY FUMBANKS all of my property that I may now owne Land and personal property. And all money and notes, untill her death and then to go as stated below, I do give and bequeath to my Daughter LIZA EDNEY 2 and 1/2 acres of the HARTON piece of land on the East end and to my son JACK FUMBANK 2 and a 1/2 west of LIZAs; and to my daughter, LEAN BREWER the remainer of said track being on the west end. And to my Daughter BETTY SMITH my house and 2 and a 1/2 acres on the East end of the first track bought from W. P. FOWLKES, and to my grand-daughter LINDY SMITH 2 and a 1/2 west of BETTY SMITH of the same track, and to my great grand child EMILY FUMBANK the remainer of said track and to my daughter JANE FOWLKES 2 acres on the East end of the sechon track of land bought from W. P. FOWLKES, and to my son ALLEN FUMBANKS 2 acres west of JANE FOWLKES of said track. And to my grand Son HENRY FUMBANKS the remainer of said track on the west end.
