Last will and Testament of MARY ANN FUMBANKS dec'd Probated November Term /85 & Recorded Feby 9th 1885
State of Tennessee - I, MARY ANN FUMBANKS of Dyer County Tennessee being of sound mind, but feeble in body knowing the uncertainty of life and the certainty of death and desiring to make a disposition of my earthly estate do make, ordain and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking all others by me at any time made - First - It is my wish that my executor hereinafter to be named shall as soon as practicable pay my burial expenses out of the money that I have on hand at my death. Second - As share already given to my children and grand children except my daughter MARTHY ANN COBB all that I desire for them to have of my property I give and bequeath to my daughter the said MARTHY ANN COBB all of my property consisting of my three bedsteads three feather beds and bed clothing one large folding leaf table, one small table one dinning room safe one large and one small wash kettle my two sets of andirons, all of my cooking vessels & all of the money, less my burial expenses, that I have on hand I also give and bequeath to my daughter the said MARTHY ANN COBB all my notes, claims accounts and choses in action &c. I hereby appoint and nominate my son-in-law, JACOB COBB, my Executor and it is my wish that he be not required to give bond as such Executor - In testimony I have hereunto subscribed my name on this the 15th day of Jany/85.
