THOMAS FORD dec'd
Proven and established at
June Term County Court 1862

We ROBERT JOHNSON and READING WILLIAMS, do state that the Nuncapative will of THOMAS FORD was made by him on the 15th day of April 1862, in our Presence to which we were specially requested to bear witness by the Testator himself in the presence of each other - That it was made in his last, in his own, habitation or dwelling house at Chestnut Bluff when he had been resident about two years, and the same is as follows, Viz:

It was his will and desire that his effects should be disposed of after his death in the following Manner - First he wished his estate to be settled and equeally divided between his mother AMY FORD and his two Sisters MARY FORD and JULIA FORD - Saying that the property where the dwelling house was belonged to his mother and that the store house & property belonged to him -

Second - He wished ROBERT JOHNSON to Settle his business and divide the proceeds as above stated, as he had rather he would do it than any person he knew of -

Made out by us and signed this 22nd day of April 1862
