I, T. H. FITZHUGH of the County of Dyer, and State of Tennessee being of sound mind and memory considering the certainty of death and the uncertainty of time thereof do make this my Last will and Testament in manner following: that is to say: -

1st My will is that the expenses of my last sickness and funeral be first paid.

2nd All Just debts by me owing at the time of my death

3rd That all my property sold by my administrator which I shall name hereafter, as soon as he may think best for the Estate

4th I will that my adminstrator shall buy a lot at Fowlkes Station and build a house and all necessary buildings on said Lot with the proceeds of the property belonging to me at my death.

5th I give to my beloved wife M. R. FITZHUGH, the said house and Lot to have and to hold during her life.

6th At the death of my wife M. R. FITZHUGH, I give and devise to my three youngest children by my wife M. G. FITZHUGH namely O. P. FITZHUGH my son J. G. FITZHUGH and H. A. FITZHUGH, my two daughters the said house & lot to them and their heirs forever.

7th The balance of the money if any from the sale of my property I give to my beloved wife M. R. FITZHUGH.

8th Lastly I do hereby and constitute and appoint T. J. FITZHUGH my son of the County of Dyer and State of Tennessee to be the administrator of this my last will and Testament - revoking and annulling all former wills by me hereafter made. Ratifying confirming this.
