I, MARY LOU EMMA FERRIS being of sound mind and disposing memory, but feeble in health hereby make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me heretofore made. Item first - I direct that all my just debts & funeral expenses be paid out of the first money coming into the hands of my executor.

Item second - I give to my brother WILLIAM WALTER FARRIS all my right title claim and interest in and to the tract of land on which my mother now resides. The tract of land contains seventy three and 3/3 acres and was assigned Homestead and Dower to my mother ELIZABETH E. FARRIS out of the lands of which my Father W. J. FARRIS died seized and possessed. The land lies in the 9th civil District of Dyer County Tennessee and is bounded on the North by JESSIE PIERCE East by TOM GREEN South by R. G. STOCKTON and west by A. G. FARRIS and is subject to my mothers homestead and Dower and my interest in the land is undivided. One third of said tract of land I also give to my Brother WILLIAM WALTER FERRIS, all my personal property of every kind and description of which I may die possessed.

I hereby appoint SMITH PARKS as my Executor of this my last will and testament, This 29th day of December 1886
