Set up and established December
county court 1869

A written will and testament JAMES DUNSTON do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me made at any time 1st I direct that my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any moneys that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my Executor. Secondly I give and bequeath to my lawful wife REBECCA DUNSTON One Sorrel mare one bay mule two years old one spotted mule 5 month one cow four years old one yearling twelve months old past also my present crop both corn and cotton and shot gun Household and Kitchen furniture

Thirdly all the notes and accounts coming to my estate is to be equally divided between MARY ANN OAKLEY & CAROLINE JANE DUNSTON and RACHEL ELIZABETH RIDENS. In witness whereof I do to this my will Set my hand and Seal
