I, C. J. COKER hereby make and publish this as my last will and testament, hereby revoking all others by me made at any time heretofore -

First - I wish all my debts paid out of any moneys I may have or the first moneys that may be collected -

Secondly - I will all my entire estate both real and personal to my son NAPOLEON COKER -

Thirdly - I hereby appoint my son NAPOLEON COCKER, my Executor to this my last will and testament - My will is that he be qualified and enter fully on all the duties of his Executorship without being required to give bond and security as is usual in such cases.

In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal - this the 30th day of December 1872
