Last Will and Testament of LUKE CEARLEY dec'd Probated Dec. Term /83 Recorded Dec. 6th 1883 ZACH WATKINS clk. By L. HAMILTON D. C. In the Name of God Amen. I, LUKE CEARLEY being of sound mind do make and declare this to be my last will and testament First, after a decent burial I want all of my just debts paid. Secondly, I feel that I have given to all of my children by my first wife their full portion and desire them to have nothing more. Thirdly, I give and bequeath to my three children by my last wife that is WILLIAM B.CEARLEY, REBECCA BLAKEMORE and GEORGE W. CEARLEY the homestead or tract of fifty one acres of land on which I now live provided that my daughter REBECCA BLACKEMORE'S interest shall exist only during her natural life and at her death shall revert to my two sons above named. I also give and bequeath to my sons WILLIAM B. and GEORGE W. CEARLEY that portion of land (thirty eight acres) now trusted to JETHRO KING when the same is redeemed.
