Last will and testament of
MARTHA BROCKMAN dec'd
Proven and set up Febry
Term county court 1868

I MARTHA BROCKMAN do make and publish this as my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time made first I direct that my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any money that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my Executor Secondly I give and bequeath to SECONT THOMAS STATE KING I give my bed stead bed 1 quilt and one counterpane I bequeath to ZYLPHA ALICE my saddle one quilt I gave and bequeath to ZYLPHA KING my mother my wardrobe and three quilts I will after this is done to divide equally between THOMAS STATE and ZYLPHA ALICE all the remainder of my estate whatever it may be lastly, I do nomintate and appoint my Executor JAMES M. KING In witness whereof I do to this my last will Set my hand and seal this the 27 - of Sept 1867
