Last Will and Testament of
EDWARD BRADSHAW dec'd

In the Name of God Amen

I, EDWARD BRADSHAW of Dyer County, Tennessee do hereby make and publish this my last will and Testament in manner and form following, this is to say - It is my will and desire that my mortal remains be decently buried and all my just debts paid as soon as practicable after my death out of the money I may leave at my death or that which shall first come into the hands of my Executors. Then it is my will and desire that my daughter ELIZABETH S. LACKS shall have the use of the lease she now lives on (twelve acres) for the years 1867 & 1868 free of charge, Third, I give and bequeath to my youngest son THOMAS E. BRADSHAW one Sorrel horse already known as his one bed one trunk and one small table out of my estate and the residue of my estate real and personal I give and bequeath to my following named children and Grandchildren to be divided between them thus - to my children JAMES E., JOHN T., SAMUEL B. THOMAS E., ELIZABETH S. LACKS, AMANDA R. GAULDIN, ELVIRA C. RICHMOND, MARY F. WALKER, ROBERTA W. POWELL, and CLARISSA A. HALL each one share, and to my granddaughter ZENNYRA F. RICHMOND one share and to my Grandsons ROBERT B. & JESSIE E. BRADSHAW one share jointly, - my daughter LUCINDA TERRY and my grandson WILLIAM E. GARRATT of Virginia have already received as much of my estate as I wish them to have and must have no more. Lastly I nominate and appoint my two sons JAMES E. BRADSHAW and JOHN T. BRADSHAW Executors of this my last will and testament and it is my will and desire that they execute this will without having any bond. In testamony of all which I have here unto set my hand and seal hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made, this 24 day of December 1866.
