The Last will and Testament of MRS. T. E. BOON deceased Probated June Term 1888 Recorded June 5th 1888 WILL L. WILKERSON Clk. Know all men by these presents that I FRANKIE E. BOON of Dyersburg Tenn. being of sound mind do make publish and declare this to be my last will and testament hereby revoking all other wills that may have been made by me heretofore. I give to my Sister MARTHA TURNER a portion of my lot beginning at the S. E. Corner of my home place running thence North with the street or alley on my East line North 60 ft: thence west 49 ft; thence South 60 ft. to the line of lot she is now living on; thence East 49 ft. to the beginning. Also my old set of furniture consisting of Beauro Bedstead and wash stand. I give to my niece VIDA EARL my home place (except as above) being place bot by me from my Sister MARTHA TURNER and my best feather bed pillows bed clothing &c, for same together with my best bedstead and my Pianow and sewing machine. The balance of my personal property I want sold and applied to the payment of any debts I may owe. If I should owe more than proceeds of sale of my personal property then I want my home place rented out and the rent applied to the payment of my debts untill the same are all paid. After which the rents may go to my said Niece VIDA EARL untill she is of age when she shall have possession of the place. I hereby nominate and appoint my nephew W. D. ROBERTS Executor of this my will and having confidence in him I hereby waive the necessity of his giving bond in testimony whereof I have this day set my hand this Jan. 27, 1887 F. W. B.
