Dyersburg State Gazette April 25, 1983 Welmar Erwin Smith Mr. Welmar Erwin Smith, 79, of Dyersburg died this morning at Parkview Hospital. He was a retired grocer. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. tonight. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Robbie Slayton Smith; two sisters, Mrs. Helen Fumbanks and Mrs. Christine Smith, both of Dyersburg. Pallbearers will be John Yarbro, Olan Ray Sawyers, Bob Newbill, Buck Newbill, Julius P. Crawford, and Rocky Palmer. |
