ALBERTA SIMMONS

Mrs. Alberta Simmons, 78, of Lenox died Sunday at Parkview Methodist Medical Center. She was a member of Lenox Baptist Church where she played the piano for 40 years.

Mrs. Simmons also taught the Young Adult Ladies Class and served as missionary secretary for many years.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Lenox Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Wade Kelley. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. J.W. Curry and Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

She is survived by her husband, Mr. Bob Simmons; one daughter, Mrs. Alta Ozment of Lenox; one son, Robert E. Simmons of Boosier City, La.; one sister, Mrs. Mada Harden of Westland, Mich.; three grand children and two great-grandchildren.
