Gertie E. Presley, 80, of Dyersburg, died Saturday at Methodist Hospital of Dyersburg.

She was a homemaker and attended Hillcrest Baptist Church.

Services were scheduled for 2 p.m. today in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Phil Towles and the Rev. Fred Jones officiating. Burial was scheduled in Fairview Cemetery in Dyersburg.

The widow of Wortham Presley, she leaves two daughters, Fern Tucker and Janie Harper, both of Dyersburg; two sons, Donald Presley Sr. and James Eugene Presley, both of Dyersburg; a sister, Katherine French of RoEllen; two brothers, Carl Davis of Churchton and Woodrow Davis of RoEllen; 11 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Willie Evans, and a brother Alsgood Davis.
