W. H. OZMENT DIES SUDDENLY -- W. H. OZMENT, a well-known citizen of the Fifth district, died suddenly in our city Christmas Eve. He suffered from a stroke of appoplexy while in the courthouse. He was removed to Dr. WATSON's office, but medical skill could not save him. Mr. OZMENT was 70 years old. His remains were interred Christmas Day at Hurricane Hill.
