JOHN MONROE--An old resident of Tennessee, JOHN MONROE died at his home near Bogota June 6th, after a short illness. He was 78 years, leaves a wife; two sons, JOHN MONROE and WILLIAM MONROE, and many friends to mourn his loss. His remains were laid to rest at Mt. Hope Cemetery.
