Dyersburg State Gazette March 23, 1987 Charlie Perry Houston Mr. Charlie Perry Houston, 85, of Dyersburg died Sunday at Methodist Hospital of Dyersburg. He was a retired store clerk and farmer and a member of RoEllen Baptist Church. Services will be at 4 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of J.W. Curry and Son Funeral Home conducted by Rev. Thomas W. Pope. Burial will be in RoEllen Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Carlie Houston; three daughters, Frances Morris, Mary Lee Dew and Dorothy Allen, all of Dyersburg; one brother, Clarence Houston of Dyersburg; 12 grandchildren and 15 great – grandchildren. |
