LAUDERDALE COUNTY ENTERPRISE RIPLEY, TENNESSEE FRIDAY DECEMBER 12, 1958 DEATH Services for Benjamin Clarence HENDREN, 72, Dyersburg blacksmith, born in Ripley, were held Wednesday at Curry Funeral Home in Dyersburg, burial in Fairview Cemetery. He died Monday night at Baptist Hospital, Memphis, after a long illness. He moved to Dyersburg 31 years ago. he leaves his wife, Mrs. Effie Ola HENDREN; four sons, George M. HENDREN, of Detroit, James D. HENDREN, of Memphis, B. C. HENDREN, Jr., and Buford HENDREN, both of Dyersburg; a brother, J. C. HENDREN, of Memphis; two sisters, Mrs. Enolia MULLIN, of Brownsville and Mrs. Daisy SMITH, of Dyersburg; three half-brothers, E. F. HENDREN and Elmer HENDREN, both of Brownsville and Lewis HENDREN, of Savannah, TN; two half-sisters, Mrs. Nannie SMITH, of Brownsville and Mrs. Thelma SIMON, of Memphis. |
