Mrs. Ellen Tucker Grant

Services for Mrs. Ellen Tucker Grant, wife of Joe T. Grant, of near Friendship, were held at 11 Wednesday morning of last week at the Palestine Baptist Church with the Rev. Mays officiating. Burial was in the Palestine Cemetery with Sudbury Funeral Home in charge.

Mrs. Grant, who was 77, died Sunday night at her home. She leaves her husband, two brothers, Frank Tucker of Jackson and Rich Tucker of Warm Springs, Ark.; two stepsons, Carl Grant of Gary, Ind., and P. E. Grant of Friendship, and three stepdaughters, Mrs. Annie Lee Bailey of Gary, Mrs. Maggie Woods of Knoxville and Miss Luwell Grant of Gary.
