Dyersburg Daily State Gazette April 24, 1950 Gambell Rites Are Held Today Services for John William Gambell, retired farmer of the Neely's Chapel community who died at his home Sunday were held at 2 this afternoon at the residence under the direction of J. W. Curry and Son Funeral Home. Mr. Gambell was 66. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Zada Lee Gambell; two daughters, Mrs. Dock Monroe of Chicago and Mrs. Georgie Miller of Dyersburg; a son, Ezell Gambell of Dyersburg; four sisters, Mrs. Maggie Canada of Newbern, Mrs. Carrie Cooper of Ridgely, Mrs. Martha Olds of Ripley and Mrs. Mollie Lovelace, and two brothers, Joe Gambell of Pinson, Tenn., and Charlie Gambell of Dyersburg. |
