Born in Gallatin, Tennessee, Mrs Dunivant was the daughter of the late J. W. and Sally Roberson Corum. She moved to Newbern with her parents when she was 12 years old and had made her home there since. She was the widow of William Erwin Dunivant, who died in 1915. She was a Methodist. She is survived by a sister, Mrs. Nancy Pope, Memphis, two haf brothers, Elmer Corum and Connie Corum, both of Memphis and a step-son, Vernon Dunivant, Dyersburg.

=================================================

Some personal notes from :

1. The mother of the two half-brothers was Jennie CARPENTER. She married J. W. CORUM on 30 DEC 1894 in Dyer County.
2. The husband of the sister Nancy CORUM POPE is Lex POPE, son of Joseph A. POPE and Lucy F. DOZIER. According to the 1910 census, Lex is her second husband.
3. William DUNIVANT's grave marker gives initials W. J. DUNIVANT, so the "Ervin" middle name may not be correct.
