Dyersburg State Gazette posted January 21, 1974 Mrs. Lubie L. Davis, 735 Horner Road, died Monday at Parkview Hospital. She was 48, the wife of Robert Davis, and a employee of Colonial Rubber Works. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday at 2:00 at the chapel of Curry's Funeral Home. Internment will follow at the Dyer County Memorial Gardens. Besides her husband; she is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Betty Jane Branch of Union City, Mrs. Alice James and Miss Rita Davis, both of Dyersburg; three sons, Robert L. Davis, John Davis, and David Davis, all of Dyersburg; one sisters, Mrs. Rosie McCaig of Four Points; one brother, William Eaton of Humboldt; and her mother, Mrs. Lee Davis of Dyersburg. |
