Dyersburg State Gazette posted January 21, 1974 Jimmy Carter, Jr. Jimmy Franklin Carter, Jr., the infant son of Mr. And Mrs. Jimmy Carter, 1749 Schaeffer Street, Dyersburg, died Saturday night at Parkview Hospital. He was 17 months old. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at 2:00 at the chapel of the Dyersburg Funeral Home. Reverend Wallace Vaughn officiated with burial at Dyer County Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers were Shelly Barham, Bud Barham, L. C. Barham, and Larry Davis. Dyersburg Funeral Home had charge of the arrangements. Besides his parents, he is survived by one grandmother, Mrs. Dorothy Pearson of McKenzie; one grandfather; Robert Barham of Dyersburg; two great grandmothers, Comer Barham of Dyersburg, and Mary Alice Johnson of Jackson. |
