Mrs. Willie Elvie Williams CALDWELL, 79, widow of J. Alf CALDWELL, died at 8: 15 a. m. Monday in Lauderdale County Hospital, which she entered June 29th. Services were Tuesday in Ripley Funeral Home, burial in Grace Cemetery. She was born in Dyer County. She leaves her son, J. A. CALDWELL, Jr., of Covington; daughters Mrs. Margaret McWHETER, of Ripley, Mrs. R. E. HARRIS, of Brentwood, Mrs. Bill LUCAS, of Paducah, Ky., Mrs. James E. GRAGG, of Memphis, Mrs. William UNDERWOOD, of Whittier, Calif. and Mrs. S. L. McCAULEY, of Yucca Valley, Calif. ; her brother, Joe WILLIAMS, of Ripley and her sister, Mrs. Donnie WALLACE, of Black Oak, Ark.
