John Wesley Brimm

Mr. John Wesley Brimm , 87 , of Bogota died Tuesday at Parkview Hospital. He was a retired farmer.

Services were at 2 p.m. today in the chapel of Curry Funeral Home conducted by Rev. Virgil Presley. Burial was in Neeley's Chapel Cemetery near Dyersburg. J.W. Curry and Son Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Annie Gertrude Brimm; one daughter, Evie Robinson of Dyersburg; two sons, Ernie Brimm of Dyersburg and J.W. Brimm of Troy; two sisters, Mrs. Berdie Chalk and Mrs. Lillie Mabry, both of Dyersburg; 17 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.

John Wesley Brimm was born December 29, 1893 and died November 17, 1981. John and Annie Brimm also raised my mother which was their grand daughter.
