Girtie Brim

Mrs. Girtie Brim, 88, of Dyersburg died Friday at Methodist Hospital of Dyersburg. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church. Funeral services were held at 4 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of J.W. Curry and Son Funeral Home conducted by Virgil Presley. Burial was in Neeley's Chapel Cemetery.

She is survived by one daughter, Evie Robinson of Dyersburg; two sons, J.W. Brim of Troy and Earnie Brim of Dyersburg; 16 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Everett Brim, Paul Brim, Jonnie Brim, Glen Alford, Billy Brim and Jerry Seratt.

Annie Gertrude (Pack) Brim, also known as Gertie, was born August 21, 1898 and died June 19, 1987.
