Dyersburg State Gazette posted January 21, 1974 Mrs. Effie Brewer Mrs. Effie Waller Brewer, 410 College Street, Ridgely, died at her residence Friday. She was 91. Graveside rites were held Sunday afternoon at 2:00 at the New Haven Cemetery with Mr. Larry Palmer officiating. Dyersburg Funeral Home had charge of the arrangements. She is survived by three daughters, Miss Louise Brewer of Ridgely; Mrs. Lynn Northcutt of Benton, Kentucky, and Mrs. Jenny Taneumura of Long Beach, California; three sons, Donald Brewer and Arthur Brewer, both of Ridgely, and Russell Brewer of Dresden; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren. |
