State Gazette 19 Nov 1931 Funeral Services for Mrs. Neely Brinkley (Binkley) Mrs. Neely Brinkley, 67, well known resident of Finley, died late Thursday at her home there following an illness of several days. Mrs. Brinkley was a native of Dyer county, where she had spent all of her life and where she was highly esteemed by a large host of friends. She was a member of the Christian church. Surviving her are two sons, Ollie Brinkley, with whom she resided at Finley and Guy Brinkley of Dyersburg. Her husband, a Dyer county farmer, died several years ago. Services were conducted at the residence at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon by the Rev. Mr. Summerall, Holiness minister. Burial was in Fairview cemetery. J. W. Curry and Son were in charge of arrangements |
