D J Williamson Heirs to Deed 45 Acres Z. B. Phillips heirs Recd April 13th 1874 At 4 O'Clock
Whereas, on the 23rd day of November 1852, Henderson Clark conveyed to D. J. Williamson in Trust for the benefit of Mrs. Lucinda L. Phillips for life worth remainder to the heirs at law of Z. B. Phillips the following tract of land situate in the 4th civil district of half mile Dyer County north of Dyersburg beginning at a stake in the road the south west corner of W. P. Fowlkes home tract of land turning thence east 102 poles to an oak thence south 79 poles to a stake near E. C. Pate's home thence west 102 poles to a stake near the spring thence north 79 poles to the beginning containing forty five acres more or less including and excluding two acres belonging to A. G. Ferguson and said D. J. Williamson having departed their life as well as Z. B. Phillips and the beneficiary Lucinda L. Phillips desiring to surrender her beneficiary interest in said land therefore we the undersigned heirs at law of said D. J. Williamson deceased in consideration of the premises and one dollar to us paid cash do by these presents client transfer convey and forever quit claim unto the heirs at law of Zacheus B. Phillips deceased all and every part of the above deceased land and premises to have and to hold the same unto the heirs at law of Z. B. Phillips deceased and their heirs forever & we bind ourselves our heirs and representatives to warrant and forever defend to title of the said land against the lawful claims and demands of all persons claiming under us but no further.
Personally appeared before, James Reilly, Clerk of County Court of said County F. T. Simmons the bargainer to the foregoing and here to attached quit claim Deed with who I am personally acquainted and who acknowledged that he executed the same for the purposes therein contained Witness my hand at office the 13th day of February A.D. 1873 **This Quit Claim Deed was found in Dyer County Deed Book Q, page 501
