Final Copy of Decree } of Dyer at the Court House in the town of Dyersburg on the First Monday
Rec'd [UNREADABLE] March 12th, 1868 } in November, it being the fifth day of said month in, the year of the Lord One
At 3 O'Clock PM } thousand eight hundred and sixty six and [ ] year of American Independence
} present and holding said Court the Worshipful F. G. Sampson Chairman Pastor
James McCoy & George W. Peirce Quorum Justices J. W. Tarkington Sherriff of Dyer County and Thomas H.
Benton Clerk of this Court when and where the following proceedings were had to wit.
Tuesday Morning Nov. 6th 1868
} Bill for Partition and dower
J. A. Williamson } Be it remembered that on this 6th day
L. P. Williamson } of November 1866 before the Worshipful County Court of Dyer
H. C. Williamson } County came on this cause for final hearing on the coming of
Mary E. Williamson } the report of the commissioners appointed to make partition and assign
Wilson G. Williamson } Dower of the land of D. J. Williamson which report being seen accepted
Saml P. Williamson } and being seen examined and fully understood by the Court is in all
D. J. Williamson } things confirmed had allotted to Mrs. Mary E. Williamson the mother for
Mrs. Mary E. Williamson } Dower in said land the lots no One and Two in the annexed land
Expartee } containing eighty acres including the mansion house garden
For and during her natural life To Mary E. Williamson the Daughter the Lot No 2 Containing 44 137/160 acres
to L. P. Williamson the Lot No 3 containing 25 Acres to Saml. P. Williamson the Lot No 4 Containing 30 acres to Wilson
G. Williamson the lot No 5 Containing 39 Acres to John A. Williamson the Lot No 6 Containing 60 Acres to Henry
C. Williamson Lot No 7 Containing 60 Acres and that John A. Williamson has sold and conveyed his Lot No 6 to said
petitioner Henry C. Williamson. It is therefore ordered adjudged and decreed by the Court that all the right
title, Claim and Interest in and to and over Lot No 1 to Whit Beginning at a stake the South East Corner of the
original tract the North East Corner of the Original F. M. W. Burton tract on the West boundary of Ben McCullouch
800 Acres running thence North 54 1/8 a Poles to a stake with Mulberry, Ash and Persimmon Pointers thence West 116 1/6
poles to a stake the North East corner of Lunsford P. Williamsons South East corner thence 116 1/16 poles to the
Beginning be advised out of them and vested in Mary E. Williamson, the Mother for life with remainder to
Petition, D. J. Williamson his heirs and assigns forever. That all the right title, claim and interest of all the other
Parties in to an ever Lot No 2 to wit. Beginning at a stake with mulberry, ash and persimmon pointers, the

North East Corner of D. J. Williamsons 35 23/160 Acres, Lot No 4 running thence North 61 4/5 poles to a red oak, thence 116 1/3
to a stake with large Poplar and small sweet gum pointers on the East boundary of Samuel P. Williamsons 30 Acres
thence South with this line 61 4/5 poles to a stake his South East Corner, which is also the North East corner of Lunsford P.
Williamson 25 acres and the north west corner of D. J. Williamsons 35 23/100 Lot No 1. Thence East 116 1/6 poles to the
Beginning be divested out of them and vested in Mrs. Mary E. Williamson the mother for life with remainder to
Mary E. Williamson the daughter her heirs and assigns forever and all the right, Title claim and interest of all the other
in to and over lot No 3 to Wit. Beginning at a sweet gum the South West corner of the original D. J. Williamson
tract and the South East corner of the R??? land running thence East 72 poles to a stake with Sweet Gum, Maple
and small persimmon pointers the South West Corner of D. J. Williamson 53 23/160 Acres Lot No 1 thence North with his
line 54 1/8 poles to a stake with Sycamore and bean pointers in the West boundary of the Williamson tract of land Thence
South with said line to the beginning, be divested out of them and vested in the petitioner Lunsford P. Williamson
his heirs and assigns forever, that all the
right, title claim and interest of all the other
parties in and over Lot No 4 to wit Beginning
at the stake the North East corner of L. P. William-
son 25 Acres Lot No 3 the North West corner
of D. J. Williamson 35 23/160 Acres lot No1
the South West Corner of Mary E. Williamson 44 137/160 Acres
lot No 2 running thence North with many
line and passing her north west corner
all 64 7/8 poles to a stake with White Oak,
Black Oak and Black Gum Pointers running thence
74 poles to a stake in the West boundary line
of the original D. J. Williamson tract, thence South
with said line 65 poles to a stake with syca-

corner of the Lunsford P. Williamson tract
thence East with his line 72 poles to the
beginning be divested out of them and vested
in petitioners Samuel P. Williamson his heirs
and assigns forever. That all the right Title claim and interest of the other parties in and over Lots No 5 to wit Beginning at a red Oak the North East Corner of Lot No 2 running thence North 120 poles to a Sweet Gum and Hickory, the North East corner of the tract. Being the North West Corner of B. McCullouch 800 Acres thence West 52 poles to a mulberry and ash with a Poplar and two Sweet Gum Pointers the North East corner of Henry C. Williamsons 2 Lots 6 & 7. Thence South with his line 120 poles to a stake and Red Oak Pointers in the North East Corner of Mary E. Williamsons Lot No 2 thence East with her line 52 poles to the beginning be divested out of them And Vested in Petitioner Wilson G. Williamson his heirs and assigns forever, and that all the right, title claim and invested of all the other parties in to and over Lot No 6 & 7 to Wit Beginning at a stake & Red Oak pointers on way- North Boundary the South East corner of Wilson G. Williamsons 39 Acres, Lot No 5 running thence north with his line 120 poles to a mulberry and ash with a poplar and 2 sweet gum pointers his north west corner on David Turners line, thence West with said line 192 poles to a Dogwood and hickory the North corner of the Williamson Tract thence South 20° East with the Rudder Line 126 Poles to a stake Samuel P. Williamsons North West Corner, Thence East with his line 72 poles to a stake with a White Oak Black and Black Gum pointers his North East corner, Thence East 3 poles to a stake with large Poplar and small Sweet Gum Pointers Mary E. Williamson North West Corner, Thence East with her line 64 Poles to the Beginning, be divested out of them and vested with the Petitioner Henry C. Williamson his heirs and assigns forever ordered that petitioner pay the cost of these

proceedings for which execution may issue.
State of Tennessee } I Thomas H. Benton Clerk of the County Court of said County do hereby certify that the above and foregoing
County of Dyer } transcript contains a full true and perfect Caption of the Court and proceedings has at said term of
the Court in the cause of John A. Williamson Et als petition expartee final decree and commissioners
report in said cause as the same appears of [UNREADABLE] now in my office. Given under my hand and seal of office 12th March 1868.
