H. C. Williamson To} Deed 25 ½ Acres E. A. Dunevant Recd November 7th 1866 at 6 o'clock PM For andin consideration of Nine Hundred & Ten Dollars, cash in hand paid by said Denevant, the receipt, whereof is hereby acknowledged, I Henry Clay Williamson of Dyer County Tennessee have bargained and sold and do hereby alien, transfer, convey and confirm, unto Emanuel A. Dunevant of the same place, the following oiece of parcel of land situate in the 4th Civil District of Dyer County, Tennessee part of the land of my late father D. J. Williamson to wit, Beginning at a Hickory & Dogwood pointers the North East Corner on H. B. Fowkls line running thence East with Fowlks and Dunevants lines 114 poles to a stake with White Oak & Black Gun Pointers thence South 39 poles & five links to a stake with large Poplar &live black gums pointers thence West parallel with Dunnevants line 95 poles to a stake with Large White Oak & Walnut Sapling pointers on Bentons East Boundary line, Thence North 20o West with Bentons line to the beginning. Containing by estimation twenty five and one half acres, more or less, To have and to hold said land with all and singular the rights profits endurments Tenements & appurtenances thereunto belonging to the only proper use & behalf of him the said E. A. Dunevant and his heirs forever. And I hereby covenant and bind myself my heirs and representatives to warrant and forever defend the title of said land to said Denevant his heirs and assigns to lawful claims and demands of all persons whatever.
