I, D. J. Williamson Administrator of A. E. Ferguson deceased do by virtue of the power and authority in
me vested by law and in compliance with a Bond made and executed by the said A. E. Ferguson in his
life time to Stith Richardson and assigns by said Richardson to Henderson Clark convey unto the said
Henderson Clark for the consideration mentioned in said bond to wit the sum of five hundred and fifty
dollars paid to said E. A. Ferguson the tract of land therein described Containing by estimation Twenty
one or Twenty two acres lying being and situate North of the Town of Dyersburg in the 4th Civil District
of the County of Dyer State of Tennessee being a part of the Ben McCulloch Grant and bounded as
follows adjoining on the North of said tract of land the Lands John Radford on the East the Lands of Z. B.
Phillips on the South the Lands of John Ridens and the West the lands of A. G. Ferguson. To have and to
hold to the said Henderson Clark his heirs and assigns forever. The title to which Lands I hereby bind the
heirs of the said E. A. Ferguson to warrant and forever defend to the said Henderson Clark his heirs and
assigns against the claims of all persons whatever as fully and effectually as they could be bound if the
said E. A. Ferguson had executed this deed himself according to the power in me by law vested. Given
under my hand and seal the 30th day of December anno Domini 1852.

Dyer County) Personally appeared before me Robert M. Tarrant Clerk of the County Court of said
County DJ Williamson Administrator of the Estate of E. A. Ferguson Decd the bargainor before named
with whom I am personally acquainted and acknowledged the execution of the foregoing deed of
Conveyance for the purposes therein contained. Witness my hand at office this 1st day of January 1853.
