PE Wilson To} Deed L. P. Williamson Recd. March 14th 1871 at 10 O'clock AM I PE Wilson of the County of Dyer State of Tennessee have this day bargained & sold and do hereby sell & convey unto LP Williamson of the same County and state a certain piece or parcel of Land known as Lot No 7 in the division of the Wm Marchant Lands lying on the Obion River in Civil District No 5 Dyer County Tennessee and sold by a decree of Chancery to make assets for the consideration of two hundred dollars by note one for one hundred dollars dated February 15th & due December 25th 1872 with interest from date at 6 per cent & after maturity at at ten per cent interest until paid & one for one hundred dollars dated February 15th 1871 & due 25 of December 1873 with 6 percent Interest from date & after maturity Ten Percent Interest until paid and the said land bounded as follows beginning at a sassafras on the north boundary of Lot No 6 and 51 poles west of its northeast corner running thence north 80 poles to a stake with chestnut 7 other pointers thence west 260 poles to a stake on Obion River with is meanders 75 poles to CN Clarks North West corner thence south 75o east 250 poles to the beginning containing one hundred and 2 acres & 140 it being more or less to have & to hold the same I covenant with the said Williamson & bind myself to warrant & forever defend the title to said Land unto him his heirs and assigns whatsoever a special lien is hereby retained for the purchase money in testimony whereof I have here unto set my hand and seal the February 15th 1871.
