AG Smith To – Deed DJ Williamson Registered January 13, 1852 A. G. Ferguson RDC Received of DJ Williamson Two Hundred & Fifty dollars in full for a negro Boy called Major aged a bout five years old and I hereby warrant said negro boy to be sound healthy and a slave for life I also bind my self my heirs and assigns & to warrant & forever defend the title of said boy a gainst the claims of all persons whatever.
