Watson B. Sampson Esq. To} Deed 80 ½ Acres Land Samuel P. Williamson Recd. March 1st 1869 at 1 O'clock PM For the Consideration of eight Hundred Dollars to me in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, I, Watson B. Sampson have bargained and sold and do hereby alien transfer, convey, and confirm unto Samuel P. Williamson the following tract of land situate in the 10th Civil District of Dyer County Tennessee Beginning at the North East corner of Jno G. Blounts 1000 Acre Survey running thence North 60 poles to a stake in the South Boundary of McClarneys occupant Entry, thence West 94 poles to his South West corner thence North 99 Poles to his North West corner on the South Boundary of John McIves 175 Acre Entry No 338, thence West to McIvers South West corner, thence South East to the North Boundary of Blounts 1000 Acre thence East with said line to the Beginning to contain Eighty Eight and a half acres. To Have and to hold the said land with all and singular the tenements, hinditements, and appurtenances of me and to the same belonging to the only proper use and be hoof of him said S. P. Williamson and his heirs forever and I bind myself my heirs and representatives to warrant and forever defend said land unto said Williamson and his heirs against the lawful claims of all persons.
