Whitten RDC Known all men by these presents that a Power of Attorney heretofor by me executed to DJ Williamson on the 19th day of September 1853 and received by the register of Dyer County Tennessee on the same day at 7 O'Clock P.M. and recorded by said Register on the 21st day of September 1853 in his office in Book H on Page Seven Hundred and Four and also another Power of Attorney by me executed to said Williamson on the 19th day of September 1853 and received by said Register on the 8th day of October 1853 at 3 O'Clock PM Registered his Office in Book H and on pages 747 & 748 are both by me hereby revoked and for nothing held and attach here after done under said Power of Attorney will be void. Witness my hand and seal this the 1st day of May 1858. John R. Robbins {SEAL} State of Tennessee} Dyer County } Personally appeared before me R. M. Terrant Dyer County Clerk of the County Court of Said County John R. Robbins with whom I am personally acquainted and who acknowledged the foregoing instrument of writing to be his act and deed for the purposes therein contained.
