Robbins of the County of Dyer State of Tennessee do hereby empower & authorize D. J. Williamson after closeing a certain Deed of Trust on One hundred & fifty acres of land made by me to said Williamson Adm- of E. A. Ferguson Decd on the 12th February 1853 and Registered the 15th day of February 1853 in Book H. pages 523 +, 524 Registers Office Dyer County first to satisfy the deed of trust above specified in full Secondly to pay off all the debts that I am oweing DJ Williamson Adm- of E. A. Ferguson Decd on Settlement of other transactions not specified in the above described Deed of Trust & thirdly the balance of the proceeds [??]seeing from the Sale of said land to the following described debts to wit one Note payable to Echols & Frazier due 16th of February 1853 One Note payable to Wm Webb transferred to Echols & Frazier due the 25th Decr- 1851 for seven Dollars One Note payable to Joshua Sawyer – T. J. Frazier & J. H. Doyle Security for thirty Dollars due 25th Decr 1753 Also one Note Payable to Connell & Ferguson Due the 14th of February 1853 for Twenty Seven Dollars & 70 cents- In Witness whereof I Hereunto set my hand and affix my seal this mt seal this 19th day of Sept 1853- Test F.
