FERGUSON Regr for Dyer Cty I JOEL PEEL of the state of Tennessee and the county of Dyer have this day bargained and do hereby transfer and convey to ALLGOOD OLDS of the State of Tennessee and the county of Dyer his heirs forever for the consideration of three hundred and twenty five dollars to me paid for a tract of land in the State of Tennessee Dyer County and District No 3 containing by estimation 50 acres be the same more or less and bounded as follows being on North side of the South Fork of Forked Deer River and part of grant 401 granted by the State of North Carolina to BENJAMIN SMITH beginning at a stake with two black gums and dogwoods pointers ROBERT JOHNSONS North East corner (thence running North sixty four poles to a stake with a white oak Hickory and poplar pointers P. BUCKS southeast corner (thence west one hundred and twenty poles to a gum Hickory and Birch on the eastern bank of said Forked deer River P. BUCKS southwest thence up to the meanders of the said river to WM ANTWINES or B.W. PERRYS northwest corner thence east to WM ANTWINES or B.W. PERRYS Northeast corner thence south to WM ANTWINES or B.W. PERRYS southeast corner thence west along said ANTWINE or B.W. PERRYS line to a birch. ROBERT JOHNSON corner thence South to a Hickory or JOHNSONs corner thence west along said JOHNSONS line to a Maple corner on the bank of the river thence up the meanders of the river to a stake with a pring and three Maple pointers to the east bank of the river thence east along ROBERT JOHNSONS line one hundred and eighty poles to a stake which is the beginning) To Have and to hold the said ALLGOOD OLDS that I am lawfully seized of said land have a good right to convery it and that the same I unincumbered I do further convenant and bind myself my heirs and representative to warrant and forever defend the title to the said land and every part thereof to the said ALLGOOD OLDS his heirs and assigns against thee lawful claims of all persons whatsoever.
