Robert Moody To} Transfer Louisa M Hatcher Registered January 31st 1855 Stephen D Whitten RDC For and in consideration of the sum of Fifty Dollars to me in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged I Robert Moody of Dyer County State of Tennessee have bargained and sold and do hereby transfer and convey to Louisa M Hatcher & her assigns all my right title claim and interest in to and over the following Tract of parcel of land situate lying and being in the second civil district of Dyer County Tennessee bounded as follows to Wit Beginning at the North West corner of William Nash's 250 Acre tract it being the South West corner of RB Nash's 250 Acre tract Running thence South 144 poles to the South West corner of said William Nash's 250 Acres Thence East with his South boundary line 120 ½ poles to a Gum & Pointers Thence North 144 poles to a Dogwood Small Gum & Pointers in RB Nash's South boundary line Thence West with the same 120 ½ poles to the Beginning – Containing by Estimation One Hundred and Eight and one half acres more or less – With the tenements and appurtenances – The interest hereby conveyed is the dower of the said Louise M Hatcher in the land of the late Wm Nash which dower was laid off as bounded above and sold under execution to CP Clark and by him to me oon the 22nd day of January 1852.
