P. D. McCullouch To} Title Bond D. J. Williamson W. Power Atty Registered Oct 1st, 1850 A. G. Ferguson Regr I do hereby nominate and appoint D. J. Williamson my attorney in fact for me and in my name to sell and convey to any person [assessing] their heirs and assigns forever who will purchaise the same by general Warranty deed deed one or more tracts as he may thinks best my tract of land in the State of Tennessee in Dyer County Containing 1377 ¾ and bounded as follows to Wit beginning at Mitchells North West Corner a Stake & pointers Standing in the West boundary line of the 2000 acre tract, Thence North with the West boundary of the Samuels poles to the north west corner of the same. Thence east 353 poles with the north boundary at the same to the North East corner of the same thence south 641 poles to Weekleys North east corner thence west with Whitsons & Mitchells line 265 poles to the beginning and take and receive the consideration money or take notes for the same at his discretion and I do hereby ratify and confirm any act or thing he may lawfully do in the premisies as fully as if I were present and doing the same my self this 7th day of June 1850.
