James H. Doyle To – Deed Town Lot 62 DJ Williamson E. A. Dunevant & T. E. Richardson Registered January 6th 1853 Stephen D. Whitten RDC This indenture made and entered into this 20th day of December in the year of our Lord One Thousand eight Hundred and Fifty Two by and between James H. Doyle of the County of Dyer and State of Tennessee of the one part ad D. J. Williamson E.A. Dunevant and Thomas E. Richardson as Trustees of Dyersburg Lodge No 65 of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows of the State of Tennessee of the County and State aforesaid of the other part Witnesseth that the said James H. Doyle for and in Consideration of the sum of One Hundred and Twenty Five Dollars to him paid the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath this day bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents doth bargain Sell and Convey unto said DJ Williamson EA Dunevant and Thomas E. Richardson Trustees as aforesaid a Certain Tract piece or Lot of land lying being and situate in the town of Dyersburg in the County and State aforesaid known and designated on the plan of said Town as lot No (62) Sixty two it being the same lot conveyed by Thomas H. Fowlkes & Others to said Doyle. To have and to hold the said Tract or Lot of land to the said DJ Williamson EA Dunevant and Thomas E. Richardson as Trustees as aforesaid and their successors in office in the Simple forever for the use and benefit of said Dyersburg Lodge No 65 And the said James H. Doyle hereby binds himself his heirs and Representatives to warrant and forever defend the Title to the said Lot or Parcel of Land and every part thereof to the said DJ Williamson EA Dunevant and Thomas E. Richardson Trustees as aforesaid and their successors in office against the lawful claim or claims of all persons whatsoever. In Testimony whereof the said James H.
