William1 & Connell To – Deed 150 Acres Echols & Frazier Registered March 8th, 1856 Stephen D. Whitten R. D. C. This indenture made and entered into this 13th day of February A. D. 1856 – between D. J. Williamson and Thomas J. Connell of the County of Dyer and State of Tennessee of the one part and J. W. Echols and Thos J. Frazier of the same county and State of the other part Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the some of Nine Hundred and Seventy three Dollars in hand paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged the said Williamson is Trustee and Thomas J. Connell as purchased do hereby convey to the said Echols and Frazier all our right title interest and claim in and to the following Tract of land lying and being situated to Butler Phillips and McNairy bounded as follows Beginning at a stake with a Dogwood Poplar Sweet Gum and Black Gum Pointers the South West cornet of Lot No 14 in the Division of said original tract Thence South One Hundred and fifty poles to a Poplar with a Poplar and two Black Gum pointers on the South boundary line of said original tract thence East with said line one hundred and sixty poles to a sweet gum with a sugartree Ash and Hornbeam pointers thence North One Hundred Fifty poles to a stake thence West One Hundred and fifty acres more or less which tract of land was sold was sold on the 7th day of October1854 by said Williamson under a deed of Trust executed by John R. Robbins on the 12th day of February A. D. 1853 and was purchased by the said Thomas J. Connell for the sum of Nine Hundred dollars the aforesaid sum of nine Hundred and Seventy Three Dollars being in full for the purchase money and interest thereon up to this date the said land is therefore hereby redeemed by the said Echols & Frazier and we the said Thos J. Connell and D. J. Williamson do hereby quit claim and relinquish all claim whatever unto the said Echols & Frazier theirs heirs and assigns forever in and to said land with all and singular the appurtenances belonging to the same.
