Geo. E. Scott Et Als Know all men by these presents, that we, G. C. Scott, J. M. Brackin and E. M. King of Dyersburg, Tenn., for and in consideration of the sum of three hundred dollars cash to us in hand the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have this day bargained and sold and do by these presents bargain, sell, alien and convey unto Jessie Alsup and Wife of Finley, Tenn., their heirs and assigns, forever, all our right, title and interest in and to a certain tract of parcel of land lying and being in the 10th civil district of Dyer County, Tennessee in the town of Finley and further bounded and described as follows, to - Wit: Beginning at the North-West corner of Jessie Alsup's lot in the said town of Finley running thence East 212 feet to a stake; Thence North 88 feet to a stake; thende West 133 feet to a stake; thence South-West 83 feet to a stake in the East line of a 12 foot alley; thence sixty feet to the beginning this said lot or parcel of land being on the South side of a certain lot sold by us (The A. M. Stevens Lumber Company) to W. C. Huston on January 16th, 1906 as will be found recorded in the Registers Office of Dyer County, Tennessee. To have and to hold the said tract or parcel of land with all improvements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining, to the said Jessie Alsup and wife their heirs and assigns forever. We covenant with the said Jessie Alsup and wife that we are lawfully seized of the said tract or parcel of land, have a good right to convey the same and that it is unencumbered. We further covenant with the said Jessie Alsup and wife that we will forever warrant . . .
