Elizabeth Vaughan Powell, (wife of James Powell, dec'd) William T. Powell and Richard P. Powell

On motion and it appearing to the court that Elizabeth Powell late a citizen of Dyer County deceased has died intestate and the court being satisfied of the claims of W.T.Powell to the administration of said estate he is appointed administrator of all and singular the goods and chattels, rights and credits which were of Elizabeth Powell, dec'd whereupon comes here into open court said W.T. Powell together with R.P. Powell & B.C. Smith his securities and they entered into one acknowledged and bond in the penal sum of one thousand dollars conditioned and payable as the law directs for the faithful performance of his duties as such Administrator and he was then duly sworn. It is therefore ordered by the court that Letters of Administration issue to him accordingly.
